He was an incarnation of Bhairavanath, that is whom you call Saint (Archangel) Michael, or Saint George who is as you know the Saint Angel of England. That is why he had to incarnate and for him this was his role to talk about Divine in an open fearless manner. He had to use symbolic language.

Join the Inner Lights of Halton on Dec 4 and Dec 6

Shri Mataji - the founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation"The light (in general) has innocence, but this is innocent without knowledge. But your light is innocent with knowledge. We always think that the people who have got knowledge can never be innocent, can never be simple. And the idea we have got about innocence is that an innocent person is always deceived, can be be-fooled – and can be always taken for granted. But innocence is a power; it is a power which protects you, which gives you light of knowledge." "Knowledge that we have in the worldly sense is how to exploit others, how to cheat others, how to make money out of them, how to make fun of others, how to look down upon others. But the light of innocence is the light by which you know that Love…

Thanks from Halton Students and Teachers with Mini-Lessons of Ascent from the “School of Humanities”- An Eastern Philosophy Class with Meditation Workshop

The photo above captures the best Christmas gift received last year: a mail package containing many hand-written Thank you cards from students / teachers that attended one of our Eastern Philosophy classes with an introduction to Sahaja Yoga Meditation. The Students were so open and keen that we ended up even discussing concepts such as Self-realization, the inner tree of life and the subtle energy channels, including their Sanskrit names, and connections to human biology. In their letters many mentioned that they wanted "more" of those, including mantras and Sanskrit (!) ; others wanted "more meditation", while others asked for "next time" to learn more about the "history of meditation" and others requested "more movement" -- precisely because we offered them "all in one class" with a promise of "to…

We started the evening with watching a video in which Shri Mataji - the founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation - uplifted us to the message of Self-realization leading to the qualities necessary in human beings for enjoying a beautiful and peaceful World.Shri Mataji:"You must be patriot, and this patriotism will make you to LOVE this Universe. If you don’t have a Drop, how you can become an Ocean?! So first of all, you have to…

Gentiana’s Meditation in Alaska and the Root Chakra’s Gift of Fearlessness (Sahaj Guru Game 2019)

Hello Everyone, I am Gentiana and I enjoy going to the Halton Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes (both Burlington and Oakville :-)) A few months ago , when I agreed to step forward and play the " Sahaj Guru Game", I chose a piece of paper among many others that were placed on the meditation table. On this piece of paper it was only one word: Mooladhara. At that time I knew nothing about the rules of the Game. Later on, I found out that there is only one rule, And that rule is.... "There are no mandatory rules for Sahaja Guru Game, only sincere commitment to meditate and to further explore Sahaja Yoga meditation". Okay, so here I am being gently guided by Yogis from Burlington Class to start reading…

In all the countries you have your brothers and sisters.…
