Thanks from Halton Students and Teachers with Mini-Lessons of Ascent from the “School of Humanities”- An Eastern Philosophy Class with Meditation Workshop

The photo above captures the best Christmas gift received last year: a mail package containing many hand-written Thank you cards from students / teachers that attended one of our Eastern Philosophy classes with an introduction to Sahaja Yoga Meditation. The Students were so open and keen that we ended up even discussing concepts such as Self-realization, the inner tree of life and the subtle energy channels, including their Sanskrit names, and connections to human biology. In their letters many mentioned that they wanted "more" of those, including mantras and Sanskrit (!) ; others wanted "more meditation", while others asked for "next time" to learn more about the "history of meditation" and others requested "more movement" -- precisely because we offered them "all in one class" with a promise of "to…

Gentiana’s Meditation in Alaska and the Root Chakra’s Gift of Fearlessness (Sahaj Guru Game 2019)

Hello Everyone, I am Gentiana and I enjoy going to the Halton Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes (both Burlington and Oakville :-)) A few months ago , when I agreed to step forward and play the " Sahaj Guru Game", I chose a piece of paper among many others that were placed on the meditation table. On this piece of paper it was only one word: Mooladhara. At that time I knew nothing about the rules of the Game. Later on, I found out that there is only one rule, And that rule is.... "There are no mandatory rules for Sahaja Guru Game, only sincere commitment to meditate and to further explore Sahaja Yoga meditation". Okay, so here I am being gently guided by Yogis from Burlington Class to start reading…

Fulfillment Of Seeking Interview with Shri Mataji @ Lewes Town Hall Q: I didn’t really understand how long ago did this particular philosophy was available, came into being, and how is it different from the more ancient concepts. "So one has to understand that you are part and parcel of the Heart of the Universe.  One thing is essential that you have to be very flexible people. You have to have the flexibility of the heart sense we can say. Now heart has to pump. It has to be strong. And surprisingly lion is your emblem. So you have to have a lion’s heart. And lion’s heart means he is not afraid. He is the king. He knows he’s the king and he lives like a king. Like a lion. And Leo as in astrology or if you say is a man who is extremely generous, lion hearted, not afraid of anyone. There should be no fear. But English language if you read anyone or if you listen…

K’s Letters: My Volunteering Experience with Free Yoga Meditation offered in Schools .. Deeper Connections .. Raw Impressions

Continuing to plant seeds in individuals across the community... Shri Mataji - the founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation: “I’ve been always telling you that Sahaja Yoga is the sprouting of your seed within you. When the seed is dormant you cannot visualize the maps it has in it of all the creations it is going to create – out of one seed, how many trees have grown, how many fruits have come out and how many seeds are coming out and how many they are going to produce. You cannot understand how dynamic it is."  First Letter from K: Witnessing magical spiritual breakthrough  "We attended our 3rd class with a dance group for teenagers. Because they are trained in dancing, they enjoyed being also challenged with more physical work during our session. So far we've been doing different…
